Personal data
The data controller is David Calonne (contact@davidcalonne.fr). The site has no accounts, forms or advertising, and no data is sold or used to track you across other sites.
Audience measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are viewed. It sets no cookies and does not identify you: a visit is recognised by a fingerprint computed from the request, discarded after 24 hours.
Data recorded for each page view: date and time, page address, referring site, country and city derived from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored), operating system, browser and device type.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the site's audience. Statistics can be viewed over a rolling month; Vercel may keep this data longer under its own policy.
You can object at any time with the switch below.
Your choice
Turn the switch off to stop being counted in the statistics. Your choice is kept on this device.
Server logs
Like any host, Vercel records technical data to run and secure the site: IP address, date, requested page, browser. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. How long they are kept is set by Vercel's policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Email exchanges
If you write to me, your address and messages are used only to reply. They are kept for the duration of the exchange, then for at most three years after the last contact.
Storage on your device
The site saves in your browser's local storage (localStorage) your chosen theme, your accessibility preferences, your progress in the ink blot hunt and your audience measurement choice. This information never leaves your device; you can clear it from your browser settings.
Fonts are hosted with the site: your browser contacts no third-party service other than Vercel. Links to other sites (App Store, GitHub, LinkedIn…) send nothing until you click them.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
The only recipient of the data is Vercel, based in the United States. This transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Vercel adheres, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@davidcalonne.fr and you will get an answer within one month. Audience statistics are not linked to any identity, so they cannot be retrieved for a given person.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr
